    No Returns or Refunds Policy

    Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer returns or refunds on PutterBlock purchases.

    All sales are final.

    Damaged Items

    If your PutterBlock arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

    We may offer a replacement at our discretion, but no monetary refunds will be provided.

    Cancellations

    Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
